3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. fresh or bottled Key lime juice
1 tsp. grated Key lime or regular lime peel
14 c. cut up fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar and water to boiling in 1.5 qt. pan. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lime juice. Let stand until room temperature. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours. Stir in lime peel. Carefully toss fruit and lime mixture. Serve immediately.
