Ingredients: 1/2 c. Zesty Itallian Dressing 1 lb. well trimmed boneless beef sirloin steak 1/3 c. sour cream 4.5 tsp. grated parmesan cheese 1/4-1/2 tsp. pepper 1 large onion, thinly sliced

Directions: |
Directions:Pour 1/4 c. of the dressing over steak in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag, turn to coat. Marinate overnight. Combine sour cream, 2 T. of the remaining dressing, parmesan cheese and pepper. Refrigerate until serving time. Heat remaining 2 T. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 7-8 min. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove and set aside. Drain steak and discard marinade. Cook steak in same skillet on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. Slice crosswise into thin strips. Serve steak topped with sauce and onions. |
