"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Low Carb Fudge, by Jay Anderson, is from The Anderson Family Cookbook,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
In a suace pan melt butter over low heat. Add cream and cream cheese and wisk until smooth. Add Spelnda. Heat until bubbling. Take off heat and stir in cocoa and vanilla. Blend , then pour into a buttered 8x8 pan and refrigerate until firm.
You can substitute canned milk for cream and low fat cream cheese for regular cream cheese. This is a good substitute for a chocolate fudge craving.
