Cheese Topping:
8 oz. wedge sharp cheese, grated
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. each: salt, dry mustard, worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pepper
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Cheese Topping: Beat egg, milk. Add seasonings. Mix well with grated cheese.

Brown beef in small amount of fat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Place in prepared crust. Spread cheese topping evenly over filling.
Heat oven to 425 degrees and bake about 30 minutes.
