Cut up 3 lbs fresh broccoli
1 cup broken walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place broccoli in a roasting pan, and drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast at 500 degrees for 14 minutes, stirring 2 times. Meanwhile, toast 1 cup broken walnuts in 3 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until fragrant.
Spoon the broccoli into a serving bowl. Squeeze a cut lemon over the broccoli, and toss well. Stir in butter and walnuts.
