1 Stick Butter or Margarine

1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1 C. Cool Whip
1 C. Powder Sugar
STEP 3:
1 lg. box Chocolate Instant Pudding
(or flavor of your choice)
STEP 4:
1 large box vanilla instant pudding

Mix together. Press into a 11x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes and cool.
STEP 2:
Mix until smooth. Spread over pecan crust
STEP 3:
Prepare as directed on package. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm..

Prepare as directed on package. Spread over chocolate pudding. Chill until firm. Spread remaining cool whip over vanilla pudding and chill.
