2 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter or oleo (much better with butter)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 C. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
5 qt. popped corn, unsalted

Directions:
Directions:
Pop corn. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine
sugar, butter or oleo, salt and syrup. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda. Pour immediately over popped corn in a large roasting pan. Stir until all corn is coated. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in airtight containers.
