1 broiler fryer chicken
½ cup flour
½ cup corn flakes crumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
½ tsp celery salt
¼ cup margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry chicken. Combine flour, crumbs and seasonings in a paper bag. Shake 2-3 pieces of chicken at a time in the bag. Hat oven to 425º. In a shallow pan, melt margarine. Arrange chicken in a pan in a single layer with skin sided down. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces with tongs. Bake an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
