First layer:
Flour, 1 cup
Chopped pecans, 1 cup
Butter, 8 Tbsp
Mix ingredients. Spread evenly in 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool.
Second layer:
Phil. Cream cheese, 8 oz pkg.
Confectioners sugar, 1 cup
Cool Whip, one-half of 12 oz container
Mix thoroughly and spread over first layer.
Third layer:
Vanilla instant pudding, 2 (3-oz) pkgs.
Milk, 3 cups
Stir together for 2 minutes and spread over second layer.
Fourth layer:
Cool Whip, remaining portion of 12 oz container.
Spread over third layer.

Chill until ready to serve.
