1 box White Cake mix
1 box instant Chocolate pudding mix
4 Eggs

Coconut-Pecan Frosting :
1 C. Evaporated Milk
1 C. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1/2 C. Butter or margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/3 C. Flake Coconut
1 C. chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the dry ingredients together, then 4 eggs following directions on cake mix pkg. Pour into 3 layer cake pans. Bake according to directions on box. Frost with Coconut - Pecan Frosting.
Coconut-Pecan Frosting :
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter, and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened, about 12 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until thick enough to spread. Frost tops only.
