Ground beef, 4 lbs lean
Ground smoked sausage, 2 lbs
Milk, 4 cups
Minute tapioca, 1 cup
Salt, 1 Tbsp.
Eggs, 4
Mix well. Form into two loaves in 11x17x2 1/4” baking pan. Make indentations in top of loaves to help hold sauce.

Brown sugar, 2 cups
Prepared mustard, 4 Tbsp
Cider vinegar, 1 cup
Mix sugar and mustard first, and then add vinegar. Pour over meat loaves. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or more. Remove from oven and let stand at least 10 minutes to reabsorb sauce. Drain sauce and serve.

Ask at the store to have smoked sausage ground together with beef; or divide sausage in four parts, chunk and place in blender with 1 cup of milk and grind until thoroughly combined.
