1 16 oz can white corn, drain
1 green pepper, chopped
1 16 oz can black beans, drain & rinse
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 16 oz can black-eyed peas, drain & rinse
3 tomatoes, chopped OR a can of drained Rotel
1 8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup nonfat Italian dressing (can use all low fat dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, beans and peas in a bowl. Add bell pepper, green onions and tomatoes or Rotel. Add salad dressings and mix gently. Chill covered for 2 hours or longer -- serve with corn chips.
