4 or 5 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/2 stick butter
4 oz vodka
4 oz heavy cream
2 pts tomato puree
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté garlic and butter - add vodka, let evaporate a couple of minutes -- add cream -- let cook approximately 5 minutes. In separate pan heat tomato sauce. Add tomato to cream sauce --add pepper - simmer on low 5-10 minutes...serve over hot pasta with Parmesan cheese...freshly grated is best -- can make this with just regular milk, but the cream is the better choice for taste.
