Hellman's Mayonnaise

Garlic Powder (optional)
Red Wine Vinegar
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Amount of ingredients depends on how many eggs you are making. After putting egg yolks in a mixing bowl, I smash them with a fork or pastry hook. I mix in mayo until there are only a few little lumps. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste. Then add red wine vinegar to taste (just a few shots). Spoon into eggs and then top with paprika for a little color.
