* 1 pint EACH lemon sorbet & vanilla ice cream
* 4 shots limoncello~OR~any lemon liqueur
* the zest of 1 lemon/grated
* vanilla wafer cookies for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
*Place 1 scoop each,side by side,of the sorbet & ice cream in a fancy dessert cup or stemmed cocktail glass.*Top each 1 with a shot of liqueuer & then the lemon zest.*Garnish with the wafers & serve immediately.
