1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temp.
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1-2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (14 oz) can artichokes (packed in water), drained and quartered
1/2 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, except paprika. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle top with more Parmesan then some paprika. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with any type of crackers or toasted baguette slices. Can make in smaller serving dishes, this recipe freezes well. Serves 12

This dip is awesome! It was introduced to Mom by our own Aunt Pat Flaherty. Now every time we have a get-together at Mom's for a holiday, she always makes this recipe. It is a favorite. Just like our Aunt Pat !
