1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup brown sugar
48 milk chocolate stars
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chocolate stars in a large bowl. (Cream shortening and sugars, add egg, milk, vanilla, peanut butter, then dry ingredients). Mix on lowest speed of mixer until dough forms. Shape dough into balls using a rounded teaspoonful for each. roll balls into sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 375º . Top each immediately with a star.
