Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
1 lb american cheese, grated
2 pkg. green onion dip mix
1 to 4 green chilies diced
2 small jars pimentos, grated
1/2 lb longhorn cheese, grated
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup corn oil
3 dozen corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and garlic to beef and brown lightly. In a separate pot, heat soup, milk and american cheese until cheese is melted. Add green chilies, onion mix and pimentos. Add onions and longhorn cheese to meat and mix. Heat oil in a small skillet and soften tortillas. Drain thoroughly. Use a skillet just slightly larger than the tortilla. Slide the tortilla in and leave for a few seconds. Have paper towels ready to place between the tortillas as they come out. This is an art but tortillas are cheap and the taste is unbelievable. Fill with meat mixture, roll and place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
