4 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup raisins
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and raisins. Form a well in middle. Into the well add: egg, oil, and buttermilk. Mix until same consistency throughout. Do NOT overmix.
Roll out and cut biscuits (coffee mug works great). Bake for 15 minutes @ 375º or until very light brown.
