1/2 stick butter
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup roasted sunflower seeds
2 packages broken up Ramen noodles


1/2 package cabbage slaw
1/2 head sliced lettuce
2 packages cubed chicken OR 1 package Tyson frozen chicken strips cut into bite size pieces
1 cup chow mien rice noodles


Dressing:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1-2 T soy sauce
Dashes of sesame oil to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
In a large fry pan over low heat, melt butter.
Add: almonds, roasted sunflower seeds, Ramen noodles

Stir often until lightly browned. Cool and set aside.

Prepare salad and chicken.
Prepare dressing.
Just before serving, add noodle/nut mixture to salad. Add approximately 1 cup chow mien rice noodles. Add dressing and toss slightly.
