2 sticks butter, softened
1/2c. Crisco
3/4c. sugar
3/4c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1T. vanilla extract
1 tsp. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1c. old fashioned oatmeal
2 1/2c. flour
12oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Beat butter and Crisco until creamy. Mix in sugars. Add eggs, pudding, vanilla, water, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal, then flour. Add chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
