2 1/2 cups flour
1-teaspoon baking soda
1-teaspoon baking powder
1-teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon allspice
Pinch of salt
Sift all the above together

1 jar mincemeat
1 jar candied mixed fruit
1-cup raisins
½ cup molasses or syrup
¼ cup wine or fruit juice
Mix all the above together

Directions:

Cream 1 cube margarine/butter and 1 cup sugar.
Add 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add fruit mixture and mix, then add flour mixture. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
