1 pkg. pound cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jell-o
3/4 c. apricot nectar
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 T. lemon extract


Icing

1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 package pound cake mix, 1 package lemon Jell-o, 3/4 c. apricot nectar, 1/2 c. oil, 4 eggs, and 1 T. lemon extract. Do not beat. Cook in greased tube pan at 325 for 1 hour.

Icing Mix 1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar and enough lemon juice to make thin icing. Pour over cake as soon as out of pan and still hot
