2 cups Sugar
2 Sticks Margarine (1 Cup)
2 Eggs
1 cup Oil
2 tsp vanilla
5 cups Flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and margarine.
2. Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
3. Add flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar.
4. Mix and make into small balls.
5. Roll the balls in sugar and flatten with the bottom of a glass
6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes.
