1 lb sifted powdered sugar 1/2 cup white shortening 1/4 cup liquid Almond Flavoring 2 T white syrup
Slowly add sugar to shortening, add liquid gradually - add remaining sugar and only enough liquid to bring to good consistency -- hot weather -- 1 T corn starch so doesn't droop -- 1 egg white will add sheen.
