1 German chocolate cake mix
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup melted margarine
1 pkg light caramels (14 oz - 49 caramels)
6 oz pkg chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and 1/3 cup milk...Mix cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup milk and nuts...divide batter in half...put into 9x13 cake pan and bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cover this crust with caramel and chips -- then cover that with rest of cake mixture and bake 20 minutes at 350 -- REALLY good!
