Prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Whipped cream
Whole strawberries with hulls

Combine water and sugar in saucepan. Heat until boiling and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and pour over gelatin in a bowl and stir until dissolved. Cool slightly, then mix in white grape juice and lemon peel. Chill until partially set, then whip until light in color.
Whip sour cream until doubled in volume (about 5 minutes at high speed). Fold into whipped gelatin and gently mix in the sliced strawberries. Pour into prepared crust and chill.
Serve topped with whipped cream and a whole strawberry.
