1 pie shell, baked
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 egg. beaten
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Mix well until light and fluffy.
Spread this on pie crust and chill. Whip cream until stiff. Blend in pineapple and nuts. Spoon on top of sugar and butter mixture.
Chill and serve.
