2 T. sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
4-5 green onions, chopped
4 c. chicken (cooked & diced)
1 pkg Ramen noodles, uncooked, broken
2 T. sugar
3 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 cup oil
1/2 T. salt (or less)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 pkg. flavoring from Ramen Noodles

Mix salad ingredients in bowl. Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over the "crunch salad mixture" 2 to 4 hours before serving then refrigerate until serving time.

Edith Bauer and Grandma Marie Sabin were best friends. Having birthdays a week apart they always had a birthday luncheon and this was often part of that celebration.
