2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar

2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 dry ingredients together and set aside. Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs, vanilla, bananas, milk and lemon juice. Beat with mixer until smooth. Add the flour mixture and mix until smooth. Stir in nuts. Place in greased loaf pan or pans and bake in oven preheated to 350º for one hour.
