2 16-oz cans french-cut green beans, drained
1 16-oz. can tiny green peas, drained
4 ribs celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small can pimiento, diced
1 small onion, diced (or dehydrated onion flakes)

Combine salad ingredients in salad bowl. Prepare
dressing and pour over vegetables. Let stand
overnight. Drain off dressing about 1 1/2 hours before serving.
sweetener equal to 1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 cup salad oil
1 Tbsp. water
1 cup vinegar
