1 lb. shrimp, unpeeled
1Tbsp pepper
1½ tsp salt
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Several shakes of hot pepper sauce
1 clove of garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Wash shrimp, then spread them in a single layer in a baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients, and pour over shrimp. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until the shrimp just turn pink. Stir several times during cooking. Serve shrimp in baking dish, each guest can peel shrimp, when cool enough to handle. Pairs well with a crusty bread, warmed in oven, for dipping in the sauce.
