1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake mix or White cake mix

1/2 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water

1 sm package instant vanilla pudding (3oz)
1 c milk
9 oz container of cool whip
2 tbsp grated orange rind
Be extra careful to only get the outer peeling, seeing the inner layer peeling will leave frosting with a strong sour taste.

Bake Cake as directed on cake cox for a 9X13 inch pan. Cool cake completely. With a meat fork, poke holes over the entire cake.
In a small mixing bowl prepare jello with the waters until the jello is dissovled. Pour over cake. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

With an electric mixer, blend pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip and orange rind. Frost cake.
Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
