1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake mix or White cake mix
1 sm package orange jello (3oz)
1/2 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water

FROSTING:
1 sm package instant vanilla pudding (3oz)
1 c milk
9 oz container of cool whip
2 tbsp grated orange rind
Be extra careful to only get the outer peeling, seeing the inner layer peeling will leave frosting with a strong sour taste.

Directions:
Bake Cake as directed on cake cox for a 9X13 inch pan. Cool cake completely. With a meat fork, poke holes over the entire cake.
In a small mixing bowl prepare jello with the waters until the jello is dissovled. Pour over cake. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Frosting:
With an electric mixer, blend pudding and milk. Fold in cool whip and orange rind. Frost cake.
Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
