1 Cresent roll pack
1 lb 96% lean hamburger
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c diced green or red pepper
2-8oz cans tomato sauce
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 c shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish with Pam then roll out cresent rolls making sure to press seams together. Bake for 6 min. Meanwhile brown hamburger, onion, and pepper in skillet, rinse with hot water when browned. Return to pan add tomato sauce and taco seasoning, spread this mixture onto the baked cresent rolls. Bake for 10 minutes. Spread cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Cut into 6 equal servings for 6 points each.

Additional toppings: Salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream.
You would have to add more points for the sour cream.
