Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake Mix--Duncan Hines
1 can apple pie filling--21 oz.
1 large egg
2 egg whites
2 tsp. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick spray.

With an electric mixer on low speed, beat the cake mix, apple pie filling, egg, and egg whites in a large bowl until moistened, about 30 seconds. Increase the mixer speed to medium and beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour the batter in the pan.

Bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.

Cool in the pan 20 minutes.

Remove from the pan and cool completely on the rack. Sift the confectioner's sugar over the top, just before serving.

Tip: this cake can be made ahead and refrigerated up to five days or frozen up to one month (just thaw cake overnight in the refrigerator). Wait to sift the confectioner's sugar over the top.
