2 lb. flour
1/2 lb. lard
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, throughly so it will cling together in a ball. Press into pie pan or cake pan to 1/2 inch thickness. Fork lightly and sprinkle with sugar. Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes.
Cool by turning out of pan onto a cloth. Store in a tight container.
