1 cup raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together peanuts, sugar and syrup in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place in microwave oven and cook for 7 minutes, stirring well after 4 minutes. Add 1 tsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, and blend. Cook 1 or 2 minutes more. Add 1 tsp. soda and gently stir until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Store in airtight container.
