4 pound beef roast
3 4oz. cans sciced mushrooms
4 c. gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Bake beef roast 1 1/2 hours at 350º
cool then slice into 1/4 inch slices
Put a layer of meat into pan, add 1 can drained mushrooms, and enough gravy to cover. Repeat layers until meat and mushrooms are gone. Add any remaining gravy. Bake at 250 º for an hour

I like to make this ahead of time (especially for Holidays) then I put it in a slow cooker for about 3 hours. It is very tender. Kinda melts in your mouth !!
