1 c. water
6 T. real butter
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boil, remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Add eggs one at a time, beat until smooth.
Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet, bake at 400º
for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350º bake for 20 min.
Cut slit in each cream puff to let heat escape.
