1 pkg 16 oz Ronzoni Bow Ties, uncooked
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 med Onion, chopped
1 med Green Pepper, chopped
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 c (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives
1/2 c Sliced Jalapeño Peppers (optional)
1 c Salsa
1 c Sour Cream
1 Tomato, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pasta as directed on package, cooking only 7 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, brown beef in skillet, drain. Add onion and green pepper, Cook and stir until onions are tender but not browned. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder and salt. Toss with pasta and spoon into two 13x9 inch pans. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cover with olives, jalapeño peppers, salsa, sour cream and chopped tomato.
