1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Oil
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c Sour Milk (place 1 tsp vinegar in the milk to make it sour milk)
4 tbsp Cocoa
2 1/2 c Unsifted Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 c Grated Zucchini (packed tight)

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in grated zucchini and spoon into 13x9 pan that has been greased and floured. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup chocolate chips (more if you like it chocolaty). Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
