1 lb Ground Beef
1 c Chopped Onion
1 - 16 oz Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Margarine
1 - 8 oz Ortega Chilis diced
1 - 8 oz jar Cheese Whiz
1 dz Corn Tortillas
1 - 16 oz can Refried Beans
Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
sm can Black Olives

Directions:
Brown beef with salt & pepper; set aside. Sauté onion in margarine until tender, add tomato sauce, heat through. Add cheese whiz, stir until completely melted & mixed. Heat oil in a sauce pan. Dip each tortilla in oil until softened. Remove to paper towels to absorb excess oil. Spread each tortilla with about 2 tbsp of beans. Layer beef, chilis & cheese, amount depends on taste. Roll each tortilla & place seam side down in a greased 9x13 pan. Pour tomato/cheese sauce over the rolls. Sprinkle with the black olives. Cover with foil. Bake in 350º oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Serve with Spanish Rice, chips and salsa, and green salad.
