Ingredients:
10 lbs potatoes
Medium Onion
Stalk of celery
1 dozen eggs
2 cans pitted olives
1 Jar sweet pickles
lg jar pimentos
32 oz jar salad dressing (not mayonnaise)
mustard to taste
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Drain and mash as good as you can without adding milk or anything. Mash occasionally as potatoes cool. Then start adding ingredients after potatoes reasonably cool. Grate onion into potatoes. Chop up and add pickles, celery and boiled eggs. Add drained olives and pimentos. Add about the whole jar of salad dressing, mustard to taste, and pickle juice to taste. Add salt and pepper.

Onion basically for flavoring. Strength of onion determines how much to use. How much pickles and celery used depends on what looks right for amount of potatoes used.

Sprinkle with paprika
