1 lb stew beef cut in 1/4" strips
1 Tbsp shortening
2 Tbsp catsup
1 med onion chopped
1 Clove Garlic crushed
1/2 lb noodles
1 10 oz can mushroom soup
1 C sour cream
1 small can of mushrooms
2 Tbsp Worces. sauce
4 oz butter
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat strips in hot shortening. Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are crisp and tender. Blend in soup and juice from mushrooms. Pressure cook meat 10 lbs pressure 15-20 minutes until meat is tender. Add sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and worces. sauce. Pour over meat. Cook and stir over low heat until hot. Toss drained noodles with butter. Serve sauce over or mixed with noodles.
