1 lb stew meat
2 tsp shortening
1 can mushrooms
1 C water
1/4 C soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp cornstarch
dash pepper
1 lb bean sprouts
1 C sliced celery
4 C hot rice
1 C sliced onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat slowly in hot shortening using four quart pressure cooker, cold water, salt and pepper. Close cover securely. Cook at 10 lbs pressure for 10 minutes. Reduce pressure under cold water. Add celery and onions. Steam for about 5 or 10 minutes until onion is tender. Add mushrooms. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce then add to the pot. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add drained bean sprouts and serve over rice.
