2 lbs. of ground beef
2 minced garlic
1-28oz of crushed tomatoes
1-8 oz of tomato sauce
1-6 oz can of tomato paste
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of sugar
8 oz of uncooked linguini pasta
1-16 oz of sour cream
1-8 oz of cream cheese softened
1 bunch of green onions chopped
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook beef and garlic until done. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and sugar. Cook and simmer for 30 minutes and set aside. Cook pasta until done and drain well. Lightly grease a 13x9 dish and place pasta in the bottom of the dish. In a separate bowl mix 8 oz of cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and green onions together. Spread sour cream mixture over the pasta. Top with meat sauce mixture, cover lightly with foil (just lay over the top). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with remaining 8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese. Cook another 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
