1 lg. angel food cake
2 c. chocolate chips
4 eggs, separated
pinch of salt
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
2 T. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Break up angel food cake in chunks. Put into large buttered pan. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat and add beaten egg yolks. Cool slightly.
Beat 4 egg whites and fold into chocolate and yolk mixture. Fold in salt and whipped cream. Pour over crumbled cake. Chill overnight. Can be served with whipped cream.
