12 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts
1 c. dried milk



In a blender combine the following:
1 c. oil
1 T. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. honey
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first list of ingredients in a large plastic bowl. Mix all together. Blend the next list of ingredients and pour over dry ingredients in bowl. Stir till all covered with honey mixture. Spread in a large pan with sides (jelly roll pans work best). Bake: 250º for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes
