2-3 cups of cooked white rice
2-3 eggs
english peas
1 onion – chopped
salt
pepper
OPTIONAL:
ham
bacon
canned baby shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in 2 or 3 eggs as it heats (number of eggs depends on size or amount of rice) english peas & diced meat is optional (great with ham or bacon, chicken or tiny salad shrimp). Add some chopped onions. I prefer a lot of onions & somewhat raw. You can fry them as you fry the rice. Salt & pepper as desired & that’s it. Enjoy with soy sauce.
