2 tablespoons butter (can use chicken fat)
3 medium eggs hardcooked
1 pound of chicken livers
1 medium chopped onion sauted and lightly brown
1 teaspoon parsley
3 ounces cream cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the chicken livers in cold water. Dry carefully on paper towels. Saute the chicken livers in butter until cooked through and not pink, about 5 minutes.

Put into blender chicken livers, eggs, onions, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and blend in very short bursts so that the consistency does not get too fine.

Mix the cream cheese into the liver mixture. Refrigerate until cold.
